We use only fresh, seasonal ingredients, including aromatic herbs, wild greens, fruits, and vegetables, many of which are grown on the Castle’s own land.
Deeply rooted in the local territory, we are committed to enhancing the authentic flavors of our land by using only high-quality products, carefully selected from trusted local suppliers.

Open every evening for dinner (from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM).
For lunch, you may reserve the tasting menu at 12:30 PM.
