Climate trend
Warm early spring alternating with frequent rains. Late April and May with average seasonal temperatures. Hot and alternating summer with some precipitation with temperatures in the average for the period, with some peaks. Good throughout September and October, the budding and all the vegetative development have been strongly anticipated. The grapes already showed particularly high sugar contents and below average acidity levels in mid-September.
Vines
Obtained from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Merlot grapes.
Harvest
Done manually from the 16th to the 28th of September.
Vinification
Obtained in small containers of 25 hl with max. 31 °, with 16 days of maceration, frequent pumping over and punching down.
Refinement
Made in steel, followed by about 3 months of aging in the bottle.

Organoleptic analysis
Bright ruby color, with a fruity, delicate and fresh scent of cherries and plums, of medium structure, harmonious and pleasant to the taste, ideal for fresh cheeses, first courses and light meats.
